    1. White mushrooms
    2. Bell pepper
    3. Zucchini
  7. 1 tbsp oil

  8. 1/3-1/2 rice cup water

  9. Spice options

    1. Base
      1. Pepper
      2. Salt
      3. Monosodium glutamate
      4. Onion powder
      5. Garlic powder (or minced raw garlic)
      6. Nutritional yeast

      1. Ethiopian Berbere (best jamboree spice tested so far)

Instructions

  1. Wash 1 rice cup of rice.
  2. Put in rice cooker and fill with water to the one cup line.
  3. Turn on rice cooker to quick cook setting (will take long grain white rice ~39 minutes to finish in Zojirushi NS-LGC05XB Rice Cooker).
  4. Put canola oil in pressure cooker.
  5. Put protein in pressure cooker.
  6. If needed, wash/cut vegetables and put in pressure cooker.
  7. Add 1/3-1/2 rice cup of water, depending on how viscous you want the final product to be.
  8. Put spices in pressure cooker.
  9. If needed, put in cut up raw garlic.
